We have officially started the first Digital Health Mini MBA Certificate Program at Clemson University. Thanks to Lee Aase of the Mayo Clinic Center for Social Media and his great leadership during the first class.
We are excited to have our first class with participants from AnMed Health, Greenville Health System, Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, Clemson University’s Nursing Program, and a other medical service and technology organizations.
Lee Aase guided the class through a series of case studies showcasing how Mayo Clinic integrated digital and social media technologies across a nationwide health system. These case studies provided a wonderful opportunity to think critically when solving problems inside a healthcare system and leveraging digital communication tools as part of the solution.
Next class will be on June 19, 2015 led by Bobby Rettew who will focus the day on Content Creation and Storytelling. Here is an overview of this class:
- Fundamentals of Content Creation and Storytelling
- Building and Activating a Community Around Narratives
- Previous Post Meet the Faculty: Thornton Kirby
- Next Post Roles You Should Have on Your Marketing Team in 2016
