How many of your Facebook friends are co-workers? How many times have you posted on, commented on, or “shared” a post from your employer? Are social media platforms/outlets blocked at work?
I am wondering why employers do not spend most of their social media resources on employees? I feel that the biggest opportunity is to focus efforts, first, internally before engaging with the public.
I have a couple of projects working with hospitals now on employee engagement using social media tools, but want to hear from others.
Is there anyone who does this well? Anyone have best practices to share?
