Over the past week I have been getting notifications from a platform I signed up for a while back (and honestly forgot about)… Quora. Over the past few days I have been lurking around and seeing what everyone was doing. I have to say my initial thoughts are I am impressed!
Yesterday I decided to posted a couple of healthcare/social media questions to see what kind of activity I would get. In just a few hours I had answers on each question! Now I am not saying I completely agree with all the answers so I guess that is where crowd sourcing comes into play?
So where do platforms like Sharecare and Quora leave us? How does this impact hospitals and their ability to pass credible information along to those looking to make a healthcare decision?
